Manage your teen's screen time and help them learn

Prompt creates a break in scrolling – and a chance to reinforce what your teen’s already learning at school.

Sometimes a minute becomes much longer

Turn scrolling into studying

We all know the feeling: you pick up your phone for a minute and suddenly time has disappeared.

For teens, compelling digital experiences are part of everyday life. Prompt creates a small interruption in the scroll – a chance to pause, reset and choose what comes next.

A break in scrolling. A learning moment

Prompt pops up with a quick question on something your teen is already learning at school. They answer a GCSE or KS3 question, see how they did, and pick up a little more knowledge each time. The learning matters – and so does the interruption. Left alone, scrolling becomes a habit nobody actually chose.

Our content is aligned with the UK curriculum and created by qualified teachers. Rather than adding another task to remember, Prompt puts small learning moments into a routine that already exists.

Choose the routine together

Choose how often you would like Prompt to break your teen’s scrolling (1–5 questions every 5–15 minutes). Take a look through our curriculum and choose which subjects you think your teen might benefit from revising more – chemistry, history, French vocab? You can then allocate these to your teen’s learning programme.

Help them learn

Now let Prompt do the work. Every 5–15 minutes while your teen is on their phone, Prompt interrupts with questions on subjects you’ve chosen. Result? They put the phone down and do something else, or they answer the question and think for a few seconds before continuing. Either way, they stop scrolling.

A practical way to support healthier phone habits

Make teen screen time count.

Prompt gives parents a way to act on concerns about screen time without making every conversation about putting the phone down. You agree the framework together, then Prompt provides the consistent interruption and break for learning. Once set up, it can’t simply be removed from their phone without parental agreement – giving the habits you’ve agreed a chance to stick.

Prompt is here to stay – unless you decide otherwise.

Learning that fits into everyday life

Small moments. Repeated regularly. Progress that adds up.

Prompt uses short, repeated questions to interrupt screen time habits and reinforce knowledge over time. Content is aligned with GCSE and KS3 learning and created by qualified teachers. Rather than adding another task to remember, Prompt puts small learning moments into a routine that already exists.

See the progress add up

Scores, tokens and incremental learning.

Prompt is designed to not feel like a punishment. Scores show how much they have learned. Teens can earn tokens for a break from the interruptions. They can see what they know, build confidence and keep making progress over time.

Don't just take our word for it

Myla, 15
I am spending less time on my phone because even with Roblox, if I know I have to start again when interrupted then I don't bother.
Izzy, 14
I've learnt more on Prompt on Chemistry than in my whole year at school.
Katie, 46
If we had had something like this in place from day 1 when we bought her a phone, it would have made a massive difference.

A healthier relationship with screen time starts with small changes

Prompt isn't about making phones the enemy or making every minute productive.

It helps teens become more intentional about how they use their phones – while turning some everyday moments into useful learning.
