When your teen picks up their phone, make it matter
Teenagers spend around four hours daily on their phones.
Study gets pushed aside.
Parents feel frustrated.
Teens fall behind.
Prompt turns scrolling into studying
Instead of blocking or nagging, Prompt interrupts phone use with short quizzes on GCSE and KS3 subjects that build recall through spaced repetition – a proven technique that strengthens memory over time.
Track progress you can actually see. The parent dashboard shows questions answered, accuracy rates and topics mastered. Gentle break reminders help reduce mindless scrolling and protect focus.
Brief interruptions. Real progress.
How it works
Install
Parents download Prompt from the App Store, and then follow brief instructions to install on their teen’s phone. We connect the two phones, and you’re all set. Installing Prompt for you and your teen takes most people less than 2 minutes.
Choose subjects
Take a look through our curriculum and choose which subjects you think your teen might benefit from revising more – chemistry, history, French vocab? You can then allocate these to your teen’s learning programme.
Watch them learn
Now let Prompt do the work! Every 15 minutes while your teen is on their phone, Prompt interrupts with questions on subjects you’ve chosen. Get them right? Back to what they were doing. Get them wrong? See the correct answer and think briefly before continuing.
Built on learning science that works
Prompt uses spaced repetition – a proven technique that strengthens memory efficiently. Content is aligned with GCSE and KS3 curricula and created by qualified teachers.
Built into a teen’s daily life, Prompt turns distraction into learning and promotes healthier digital habits. Small, consistent actions build measurable progress over time.
“Finally, study time that shows results you can see.”
