Become an ambassador

We’re launching Prompt in January. Before we launch, we’re inviting families with teenagers aged 12 to 16 to help bring Prompt to life by sharing short, natural clips or screenshots showing how they use the app.

We need you! Your voice matters.

We’re looking for real stories from real parents and students showing how Prompt makes a difference in your life.

We welcome entries from families of all backgrounds and abilities, including disabled students and their families.

When families download Prompt using code LAUNCHTEST, they receive one month of free access. We ask all participants to use the app for a week or so before submitting so the content reflects genuine experience.

Important: To protect young people, we will not use content showing names, faces with school uniforms, or any other identifiable details. Safeguarding is important to us.

What we're looking for

Short videos or screen recordings (10-60 seconds) showing how Prompt fits into your life

Views from parents, teens or both together

Natural, funny, everyday moments - no filters, graphics or added music needed

(Optional, but desirable) Willingness to take part in interviews for press case studies

Who can take part?

  • Students aged 12–16 using Prompt (with permission from their parent or guardian)
  • Parents of students aged 12–16 using Prompt
  • Videos can feature parents, teens or both together

How to take part

Download

Download Prompt from the App Store using code LAUNCHTEST for one month of free access

Use the app for at least a week so you can get a sense of its real impact

Capture your thoughts

For example:

  • Prompt popping up while scrolling
  • A study moment where Prompt helped refocus
  • A natural family reaction to a prompt
  • Before and after comparisons (e.g. “I used to… but now with Prompt…”)
  • Creative takes (memes, sketches, relatable content)
